L Is for Love Craft for Kids

This simple craft is easy to make, engaging, and can be turned into a cute Valentine’s for someone they love. Just gather all your materials and you’ll be ready to put this together in no time.
Materials Needed for the Valentine’s Day Craft
To put this craft together, you will need the following items:
- Free letter L template printable
- Pink or red construction paper
- Glue
- Red and pink paint
- Scissors
How to Put Together the L is for Love Craft
The first thing you need to do in order to create this craft is print off this L template printable. You can also free hand draw a letter L if you don’t have access to a printer.
Next, cute out the letter L template. This can be excellent practice for little ones who are working on their scissor skills.
After cutting out the template. Glue it onto a piece of pink or red paper.
Next, put red and pink paint on a paper plate for easy clean up.
Put your child’s thumb or finger in the paint and then onto the pece of paper. Repeat this step while placing the next finger paint at a diagnle to create a little heart. Repeat both steps until you have created a letter L with cute little fingerprint hearts all over it!
Allow the craft to dry and then display it somewhere for all to see.
