How to Put Together an Adorable Bunny Craft

Now it is time to create the Spring bunny craft! This activity is so fun and engaging that your little ones will have a ball.

The first step is to paint one paper plate blue. This will be the sky. Next, cut another paper plate in half and paint the out part green for the grass. While the paint dries, move on to the bunny puppets.

Now, choose the colors your child wants their bunnies to be. After grabbing the construction paper, trace your child’s hand on the construction paper. After each hand has been traced, cut them out. Cut off the middle finger so that the index and fourth fingers create the bunny ears. Leave the pinky and thumb for the bunny arms.

Your child can draw a face onto their bunny using their imagination. Don’t forget to color in the pink bunny ears!

Glue the bunny onto popsicle sticks to create little puppets.

Once the paper plates are dry, glue the half paper plate that looks like grass onto the blue paper plate. This should leave a little pocket for your grass. Fill the pocket with the fake Easter basket grass when the paper plates are dry.

Now, you can stick your bunny puppets into the grass for a cute and springy craft!
